MBM faculty Dr. Brad Sutton recently received the Vision and Spirit Award from Beckman Institute during a birthday celebration of the Insitute’s founder, Arnold Beckman. The award “recognizes a researcher at the Beckman Institute who exemplifies founder Arnold Beckman’s vision of excellence, interdisciplinarity, and collaboration.”
Sutton has exemplified this vision through his work with the Miniature Brain Machinery Program (among other research projects). As one of our core faculty, he has taught MBM trainees in the classroom, advises trainees, and contributes to the overall collaboration effort of this interdisciplinary program. We are proud to count him as one of our own!
