Congratulations to MBM faculty Rashid Bashir, who has been named a National Academy of Inventors Fellow. The NAI Fellows Program highlights academic inventors who have demonstrated a prolific spirit of innovation in creating or facilitating outstanding inventions that have made a tangible impact on quality of life, economic development, and the welfare of society. Dr. Bashir is also the dean of the College of Engineering and a Grainger Distinguished Chair in Engineering.
